How to Assign a Badge Label to a Ticket or Package?

To add a badge label to a ticket or package.

1. For a Package:

In the ticket screen, please click on Create a Package and it will take you to the below page (see below picture).

2. For a Ticket:

Please find the below two screens that can help you to assign a badge label to a ticket
