How to cancel an appointment?

Step 1: Click on My Appointments
Step 2: Select the Accepted appointments by either filtering or simply reviewing and click on Cancel button to cancel the appointment.
What are pending appointments?
If the event admin has selected the option of approval then each appointment should be accepted. The status will say pending unless it is accepted.
